Your account

You need to be at least 13, and old enough where you live to agree to these terms. Keep your sign-in safe: you’re responsible for what happens in your account. If you use Goldfish for a company, you confirm you’re allowed to agree for it.

What you connect, and what you keep

What you bring to Goldfish stays yours: your automations, notes, runs and everything they make. You give Goldfish permission to store and process it only to run Goldfish for you, as the privacy policy describes. Only connect services and data you have the right to connect.

What Goldfish does for you

Goldfish watches what you connect and tells you what needs you. When it suggests a fix or builds something, it shows you the change first; nothing ships until you approve it. AI can be wrong, so look over what it drafts before you approve it, and keep your own backups of anything that matters.

Fair use

• Don’t use Goldfish to break the law or anyone’s rights, or to run anything harmful.
• Don’t try to get into other people’s workspaces, test Goldfish’s security without permission, or overload it.
• Don’t resell Goldfish or copy it to build a competing service.

Plans

The free plan covers what it says. Paid plans, when they’re offered, show their price before you pay, and you can cancel any time; you keep what you paid for until the end of that period. Each plan includes a monthly amount of AI, which your profile shows.

Changes and availability

Goldfish keeps improving, so features can change. It’s provided as is, without warranties, and it may sometimes be unavailable. Goldfish may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why when it can.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Nade LLC isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or business. Its total liability for anything about Goldfish is limited to what you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.

Leaving

You can stop any time: Profile → Delete account removes your account and your data. Your automations keep running wherever they run.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes too. For anything significant, Goldfish tells you in the app before it takes effect. Missouri law governs these terms.
